The School of Business offers Associate, Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate degree programs that seeks to develop the critical, analytical, and communication skills of the complete business executive of tomorrow by taking advantage of the most advanced theories, applications, and educational tools of today.

The story of NGT Academy’s establishment as an academic division began with a shared vision between IAU and Next Generation Training Academy (NGT Academy). Both institutions recognized the growing demand for innovative, career-focused education that combines traditional academic excellence with modern, industry-driven skills training.
Meanwhile, NGT Academy was founded by industry experts and military veterans as a professional software and digital marketing services provider. Its focus is on delivering specialized services such as website development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and digital advertising solutions. The company works with clients to enhance their online presence, strengthen brand visibility, and drive measurable business growth.
Recognizing their complementary strengths, IAU and NGT Academy entered into a formal partnership to establish NGT Academy as an academic division under the IAU framework. This collaboration was designed to merge IAU’s institutional credibility and accreditation with NGT Academy’s specialized expertise and training methodologies.
Through this partnership, NGT Academy became an academic division of IAU, enabling students to pursue degree-granting programs that integrate NGT Academy’s learning management system (LMS) with IAU’s accredited academic structure. This union provided students—especially veterans and working professionals—with the opportunity to receive both practical career preparation and recognized academic credentials.
The establishment of NGT Academy as an academic division marked a milestone in higher education innovation. It not only expanded access to quality education for students seeking careers in technology but also reinforced IAU’s mission of global educational service. Together, IAU and NGT Academy created a model that bridges the gap between higher education and workforce readiness, preparing graduates to excel in both academic and professional arenas.

The School of Arts & Sciences offers the general education courses that are required for the undergraduate degree programs, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Undergraduate and Graduate Pathway Programs.
IAU seeks to provide its students with an education rich in diverse experiences and perspectives. Such an education is intended to provide students with knowledge and perspectives fostering adaptability and flexibility in a changing world, as well as enhancing students’ understanding of, and tolerance for, differences among peoples.
The coursework is considered foundational and meant to ground students in various disciplines before advancing to their major field of study. The program has required courses which provide students with a broad educational foundation through exposure to diverse disciplines, including the humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, mathematics, and the arts; and the development of intellectual skills, such as critical thinking and communication.
The School of Arts and Sciences also offers English language classes and programs to nonnative speakers of English to help them succeed in college, at their jobs, and in the community. Students can take classes at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Adult students from all cultures and educational backgrounds may enroll in our ESL classes and programs in order to improve their English to accomplish their own unique English goal. Some students take ESL classes to improve their English to succeed in other college courses, some take classes to find or keep a job, and some take classes to improve their communication with their family, neighbors, co-workers and community. The ESL Department is here to help students with all of their needs.
