IAU has established a new Affiliate Support Center (ASC), Learnkey Institute, Malta to help expand IAU’s online footprint. Malta is an island country in the European Union consisting of an archipelago in the Mediterranean Sea, and considered part of Southern Europe.

The State of California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) is a unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) charged with regulation of private postsecondary educational institutions operating in the state of California. Every few years the BPPE conducts an Announced Compliance Inspection on Approved institutions.

As announced, IAU received its long-awaited recertification. In addition to receiving recertification, IAU was approved to issue the Form I-20 for two (2) new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) degree programs.

After years of waiting, IAU has finally received its recertification! To demonstrate compliance, all Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-certified schools must go through the recertification process every two years. Recertification reassures its students, staff and the community that IAU is operating in compliance with SEVP and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations.
