Returning to Campus Summer 2022

Returning to Campus Summer 2022

The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) has allowed Certified institutions to allow F-1 Transfer students to study online since March 2020 due to COVID-19. However, this procedural adaptation will end Spring 2022. The legal status of our F-1 students is a priority. IAU wishes to reassure its students that IAU will comply with any federal, state, or local requirements. Therefore, IAU will return to campus for the 2022 Summer term.

Scholarships are gifts. They do not need to be repaid. There are thousands of them, offered by schools, employers, individuals, private companies, nonprofits, communities, religious groups, and professional and social organizations. Many scholarships are geared toward particular groups of people. For instance, there are scholarships for women or graduate students and some are available because you come from a certain background.

2021 Professor and Student of the Year

2021 Professor and Student of the Year

Each year, IAU presents the Professor of the Year (POTY) Award and the Student of the Year (SOTY) Award.
The POTY is selected by the IAU student body. A survey listing all the IAU instructors who have taught that academic year is administered to active students to vote. Each student is authorized one vote and allowed two weeks to vote. The professor with the most votes wins. This year’s POTY recipient is Dr. Alex Sherm!
