California has been very cautious with COVID, particularly Los Angeles. And for the health and safety of the Blue Eagle Community, so has IAU. Mask mandates are now rescinded and
social distancing is no longer required. And on October 17, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom announced that the COVID-19 State of Emergency will end on February 28, 2023.
Faculty and students have been asking for more face-to-face instruction in the classrooms. Effective Spring 2023, IAU will be offering more campus classes at the IAULA Main Campus and the soon-to-be-launching IAUOC Satellite Campus. Students may comply with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Procedural Adaptation and take the minimum amount of campus classes required or they may take more. The choice is up to the student.
