During my CPT, I applied strategies and Human Resource Management skills, especially in handling employees. Case-based learning and real-world projects were most valuable, with helpful and responsive instructors and IAU staff. The program helped me build confidence, think outside the box, and clarify my career path through practical experience.

Were you able to apply what you learned at IAU to your work?

During my CPT, yes, especially on strategies and Human Resource Management, specifically how to handle employees.

Which methods, lessons, and instructors did you find helpful?

I found the case-based learning and real-world projects most valuable. The instructors and IAU staff were helpful in providing assistance and mentorship. Their responses were quick and supportive.

What particular classes/programs were beneficial?

Human Resource, Marketing, and Financial Management were very beneficial. The available resources included career services, academic advising, assistance with APA formatting, and the LIRN library.

What benefits did you gain in terms of planning your career?

It helped me think outside the box, face challenges with confidence, and clarify my career path through hands-on projects and internships.

Do you have comments about the program flexibility, class size, and workload?

The program offered flexibility with manageable class sizes, as some courses were hybrid. Some subjects were more challenging than others, but the program was well-structured.
