As announced, IAU received its long-awaited recertification. In addition to receiving recertification, IAU was approved to issue the Form I-20 for two (2) new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) degree programs. These programs are:
The benefit of graduating with a STEM major degree is that graduates can expect plenty of job availability and continuing job growth, a high salary, and for F-1 students, STEM OPT Extension. The STEM OPT extension is a 24-month period of practical training that directly relates to an F-1 student’s program of study in an approved STEM field.
F-1 students may apply to these programs in the Fall 2022. More details to come.
