At IAUSD, we want to make sure that you have the real California experience, so we carefully screen our student residences and partner with fantastic companies to make your stay unforgettable.

Note: No refund after a booking is accepted. You may cancel your reservation for free/no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Facilities:
–  Regular cleaning service. Washer, dryer, and parking lot (garage) available (extra cost);
–  Work and Entertainment: shared computer, Wi-Fi/internet;
–  Fully furnished space: kitchen, working space, lounge area, library, patio. All utilities included: electricity, water, trash, and gas.
–  Options are subject to availability. Deposit (when applicable) and cleaning fee must be paid before student arrival.

You will be welcomed into their family and treated like you are part of the family! IAU LAX students love to meet new people and practice their skills as often as possible. All of our homestays are managed in house and we are constantly looking for the best options for you!
