IAU and Luoyang Polytechnic Announce Launch of Sino-American Digital Intelligence and Innovation College

On February 2, 2026 institutional leaders of Luoyang Polytechnic: Huang Qiuli, a Project Director of the Henan Provincial Base for Education and International Chinese Language Promotion, and Director of the Henan Examination Center, and Zhao Yanli, an Associate Professor and Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office (Foreign Affairs Office) at Zhengzhou Business School met with Dr. Ryan Doan, President/CEO of IAU

Following a successful visit, and after comprehensive campus site inspection at IAULA in Los Angeles and IAUOC in Irvine, Orange County, Luoyang Polytechnic and IAU officially announced the launch of the Sino-American Digital Intelligence and Innovation College in China

The new college will have a strong focus on innovative digital technologies, and applied international education. The partnership of two institutions reflects a shared commitment to academic excellence, cross-border cooperation, and the cultivation of globally competitive talent. This initiative has also received high recognition from the Chinese government education authorities, and both institutions are now fully engaged in preparations for the inaugural student enrollment scheduled for September 2026. 

Both institutions look forward to this new chapter in international education and to building a long-term, strategic partnership that advances innovation, global engagement, and student success.
