Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)

The Executive Master of Business Administration prepares experienced managers, directors, senior leaders, and C-suite executives to make disciplined, evidence-based decisions and lead change with integrity. The accelerated, cohort-based curriculum integrates strategy, finance, operations, marketing, and analytics; emphasizes ethical leadership and communication; and applies learning to real organizational challenges through experiential projects. Graduates are equipped to diagnose complex problems, align teams, and deliver results across functions.

Primary objectives of this program include equipping students with the knowledge and ability to:

  1. Communicate clearly and professionally through well-organized, analytically sound written reports and integrated visual materials tailored to diverse professional and stakeholder audiences. (SLO1)
  2. Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally through effective oral presentations and strategic discussions tailored to diverse professional and stakeholder audiences. (SLO2)
  3. Apply advanced critical thinking to assess how global trends, cultural differences, and emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—shape business strategy, operations, and executive decision-making in a multinational context. (SLO3)
  4. Integrate Christian ethical principles and values into executive leadership by evaluating business decisions, organizational practices, and strategic initiatives with integrity, social responsibility, stewardship, and respect for human dignity in a global business environment. (SLO4)
  5. Demonstrate advanced information literacy by conducting applied research to propose evidence-based solutions to complex organizational challenges.(SLO5)
