IAU is pleased to announce the collaboration with Daybreak University Child, Couple, and Family Therapy Center (DBU-CFTC) located in Anaheim, CA. The DBU-CFTC specializes in treating and supporting people living in multicultural communities, helping to navigate through their psychological problems, marital conflicts, family relationships, parenting, and various challenges which international students face when studying far away from home. Counseling services are operated by IICFR (International Institute for Couple and Family Relationships), which is the official clinical internship site of Daybreak University.
Professional therapy and counseling sessions are now made available to IAU students, staff, faculty, and their immediate families – residents of California. These sessions will be provided by trainees enrolled in Daybreak University’s master’s level program as well as Ph.D. in Counseling program under the supervision of California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, in compliance with applicable California law and California Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements.
