All classes, but since I began working in the hospitality industry, I can’t express my gratitude enough to Dr. Rocío Pacheco for the invaluable support and enthusiastic teaching style that has shaped my understanding of the hospitality business.

The business strategies I learned in classes have been invaluable in applying them to my current position. For instance, I’ve found the skills in placing orders and managing employees particularly helpful. Now that I’ve graduated with an MBA in business, I’ve come to realize that understanding the details is paramount. I actively practice the knowledge I’ve acquired every day.
