Dr. Jeff Lo serves as the Campus President of International American University, San Jose (IAUSJ), bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in higher education administration, student services, and academic program development. Prior to his appointment at IAUSJ, Dr. Lo held executive roles including Vice President of International Student Affairs at California Science and Technology University.

Dr. Lo’s academic leadership spans institutions such as Whitewater University of California, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Academic Officer, including teaching experience as a Professor in the MSTCM program. His work included strategic planning, faculty recruitment, and serving as the accreditation liaison to various oversight agencies.

Dr. Lo holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Northwestern Polytechnic University, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) from Five Branches University, an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelor of Law from Chinese Culture University in Taiwan. Dr. Lo is fluent in Mandarin, English, Taiwanese, and Hakkanese.

Beyond academia, Dr. Lo brings diverse experience from the corporate sector in senior roles involving product development, sales, and international business operations.
