Admissions – Program Requirements

Photo Headshot

A passport-style photograph that clearly displays your full face, taken against a plain white or light-colored background. The photo should be recent and high resolution, with a neutral expression or a natural smile. Avoid filters, shadows, hats, or accessories that obscure your face.

Passport

A valid, unexpired passport is required. Applicants must submit a scanned copy of their passport’s biographical page. The document must clearly display your full name, date of birth, photograph, and expiration date. Ensure the image is legible and high resolution.

Admissions Fee

All F-1 applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee along with a student services fee. Both fees must be submitted with your application to ensure timely processing.

Note: F-1 Applicants that need to defer their Form I-20 start date must pay an additional $50.00 Form I-20 Deferral fee for each session deferred.

Financial Statement

F-1 applicants must submit a recent bank statement (issued within the last 90 days) that meets the minimum financial requirement for their selected program and campus. F-1 applicants that plan to bring dependents must show an additional $2,000 per dependent.

2. Professional Statement. Please describe in no more than two pages the your interest in the DBA program and your plan to complete it.
   • Why pursue a DBA degree?
   • What significant qualities or experiences will be brought to the DBA program?
   • What are your career aspirations after graduating with a doctorate degree?
   • What obstacles/challenges do you anticipate having to overcome to complete the degree within a reasonable time frame (i.e., 4 years), and what is your plan to address these obstacles/challenges?
   • What concrete steps will be taken to manage your time and balance coursework with a minimum of 18 hours of study each week?
3. Research Statement. Please describe in no more than three pages your research interests and topics to be pursued.

Two (2) Letters of Recommendation: Letters of recommendation should come from academic or industry professionals who can assess your achievements, leadership, academic potential, communication skills, and teaching ability.

Curriculum Vitae (CV): A CV demonstrating experience and qualifications including a thorough review of your educational background, employment history and highlighting main accomplishments at each position.
