Established in 2000, L.A. Vocational Institute (LAVI) has a long history of providing quality, student-focused programs in allied health. LAVI is approved to offer short course programs in Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Assistant, EKG, Pharmacy Technician, and Physical Therapy Aid.

IAU was active in Nepal between 2009-2015 with over 2,000 students between three affiliated colleges. IAU was the first American institution to enter into the Nepal market and the first to introduce online learning on a mass scale. 

On Sept 6, 2023, IAU was notified that it was added to the WHED Portal providing authoritative information on some 19,800 accredited Higher Education Institutions, Systems and Credentials in over 180 countries that meet WHED criteria. It is globally recognized as an official source of information.  

In an exciting collaboration, IAU and Cheju Halla University (CHU) on Jeju Island, South Korea, proudly announce the launch of their BBA Dual Degree Program. 

Prior Experience Learning (PEL) allows students to earn credit for skills gained during the course of their professional careers through documented evidence that outlines the work they have done and what they have learned on the job.
