In 2015, she returned to Paris to serve as an Educator in hospitality management and service arts. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing cutting-edge educational programs that equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the hospitality sector.

Sandra’s educational background is both diverse and comprehensive, beginning with bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and progressing to a Master of Science (MSc) in Hospitality Management as well as becoming a Certified Hospitality Educator.
In recent years, Sandra has concentrated her efforts on developing a more skilled workforce, with the goal of enhancing professional standards and operational efficiency.
Her leadership and vision have culminated in her appointment as the Campus Director of the IAU Miami satellite campus. In this role, she is channeling her passion and expertise into shaping future leaders and contributing to the advancement of education
