Regarding the career plan, college helped us get our internship programs in the area where we wanted to develop our career. My college provided us Banking and Insurance training apart from the regular course structure by inviting resource person from the respective field which was very useful. College also conducted guest lectures by inviting eminent personalities from different industries and giving us insight into the real work environment.
IAU helps to provide flexibility in the program as it has designed course structure for full time students as well as for working professionals. IAU has really helped me develop my potentials and provide practical knowlegdge. I used to work at one of the Commercial Banks in Nepal as an Asst. Relationship Officer. At present, I am pursuing my PhD in Management program at International College of NIDA, Bangkok, Thailand.
