The IAU staff was always the backbone for me and every international student throughout the period of my MBA. I found them to be very attentive and problem-solving. I am very thankful to Mr. Ryan Doan for answering every question. Even though he is a very busy person, he prefers to answer students every time. The faculty at IAU was very beneficial. When they shared their thoughts about management, they showed how an MBA student can be a good business manager.

A career plan is so important as it can help you manage the direction of your career, the job skills, and knowledge you may need, how you get them, and how you can secure your dream job. Developing a career plan can make major objectives that seem impossible become much more manageable. I studied accounting and finance, sales and marketing, production and operations, human resources, and many other topics. But today, analytics skills have become essential for higher-paying management roles in most organizations. Analyzing two years in which lots of case studies, projects, complex concepts stretched my mind to help me understand how many facets there are to running a business.

Completing this two-year journey, I am now very confident and can communicate with anyone in the world.
