All communications of IAU brand in social media, events, and mass media, to be guided by the following principles:
Relevance
All publicly available content intended to support IAU’s Christian values, academic mission, programs, community initiatives, and institutional priorities.
Authority and Accuracy
Content and press releases must accurately represent the university community, campuses, or offices. Making statements on behalf of IAU or IAU entities (campuses, offices, partners, etc.) is strictly prohibited unless authorized to do so.
Alignment with IAU Policies
All published content should be aligned with IAU’s Code of Conduct.
Commercial photography or videography on campus requires adherence to IAU’s Code of Conduct on university facilities.
Public Spaces
News photography and video recording are allowed in outdoor areas and common spaces without prior approval. However, notifying IAU administration in advance is recommended to assist with logistics and inform relevant campus units.
Restricted Areas
Filming or photography in classrooms, offices, laboratories, residence halls, and dining areas requires prior permission. Requests for access should be submitted to IAU.

Approved Media Sources
Only images and videos created by IAU personnel or licensed for university use are approved for use in university promotional materials.
IAU maintains a repository of official photographs and media assets cleared for licensed use.
