IAU is pleased to announce a partnership with the Los Angeles Vocational Institute (LAVI) to expand its Associate of Science in Business Administration (ASBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program with specialized healthcare tracks, launching in Summer 2025. This collaboration will offer students the chance to pursue in-demand fields such as Phlebotomy Technician, Electrocardiogram (EKG), and Medical Assistant, blending essential healthcare skills with a strong foundation in business administration.
Designed to meet the growing need for skilled healthcare professionals with business expertise, these programs will integrate BBA core courses—such as healthcare administration and medical office management—alongside hands-on training in clinical practices. Through expert instruction, students will gain a comprehensive education that equips them for both clinical and administrative roles in healthcare.

LAVI is Certified by SEVP to sponsor M-1 visa students. That means, IAU F-1 students can take courses at LAVI concurrently while enrolled at IAU. The best benefit is that F-1 IAU degree students will receive a tuition discount by simply being an active IAU Blue Eagle student. For example, Phlebotomy costs $1,600, but IAU students shall receive a discounted fee of $900.
