Yes, I am an HR Manager. I got my job immediately after I graduated.

Were you able to apply what you learned at IAU to your work?

Yes, with my experience doing case studies in the MBA program, I gained an advantage by becoming familiar with real-world scenarios and problems that a manager can encounter in daily operations, and how to apply theories and management principles effectively to solve day-to-day challenges.

Which methods, lessons, and instructors did you find helpful?

Mr. Vahick A. Yedgarian is one of the best professors I have had. I took multiple classes with him, and his examples and way of teaching are very relatable and highly relevant to what is currently happening in a corporate setup.

What particular classes/programs were beneficial?

I think the library is very useful. In addition, we can also request assistance with using the APA format.

What benefits did you gain in terms of planning your career?

I think the best example of this is during group work or class presentations. In these tasks, we are able to practice teamwork and learn how to perform our roles effectively to contribute to the overall outcome.
